If I am infected will my girlfriend get same signs

Had a risky encounter 6 weeks ago, unprotected vaginal for 15-30 seconds. I have felt sore muscles and joints,sore throat, small rash on arm excessive gas and diarreha, dry mouth and a mouth ulcer. Gas and diarreha started 9 days post exposure, rest of symptoms 4 to 5 days later. All have since resolved except diarreha and sore muscles and joints which come and go and dry mouth. I have been really stressing about this I have tested at 5 wks which came back neg. My girlfriend who I may have infected because I did not think that there was a risk in such a short period of time, is feeling sore muscles and joints, diarreha and she has also had two mouth ulcers on her tongue. She too is going thru a lot of stress due to lay off at work and new apt. Could this all be stress related or could she feel same due to fact that she is infected with same strain of virus?
