Terrified from a scratch!!! Please Help!!!

I know this is probably a stupid question, but I am freaking out. I was desperate for money and was dancing at a club. Strictly table/lap dances. Nothing kinky or ilegal. A customer came in his pants. Yucky! Anyway, my knee came in contact with the wet spot on his pants. When I ran to the bathroom I noticed I had a small scratch on the same area. It was not bleeding, but had to be fairly fresh. It was welted and red, but not bleeding. Any chance of risk here?
I asked a nurse and she said not to worry but I made the mistake of calling the CDC and the have scared the living day lights out of me.
Please, your thoughts?

No chance, even with his pants still being a bit wet HIV dies almost immediately when it hits the air.
The thing I love most about this post is it is a total turnaround of what we normally see. Normally it is a guy that went to a strip club and got a lap dance, not the dancer.
