Can't figure it out....help....

I have been going through hell over the last 11 month's. I am looking for who has experienced what I have or someone who can help.
Last October I was the recipient of a hand job by a stripper in Florida. She used lots of saliva as lubricant and it lasted about 10 minutes. The guilt and anxiety set in about two weeks after that. I was awoken by the shakes and found myself to be in a cold sweat. Went to doctor who did an HIV and Trich test. Both negative. The next visit to the doctor would be 8 weeks after the incident. In those weeks I experienced constant sweating during the day, my nose ran constantly and the skin on my face turned red. One night I noticed what looked like prickly heat on both of my hands. It stayed for a day or two, and after that my knuckles were just very red. I also noticed a small bump on my penis. One morning I awoke and the bump had a yellow green crust all over it. Not painful. This has never happened again, but a small scar is still present. At the eight week visit I was tested for syphilis, gonnorhea, clamydia, herpes 1&2, HIV, al came back negative.
My next visit would be to an infectious disease specialist at 13 weeks post incident. In the period between visits I had diahrea every morning. I lost 25 pounds. My gums receed dramatically. 2 white spots devolped in my mouth on the inner cheek. I developed a boil on my lower back. Noticing hair falling out. One of my biggest concerns is the skin on my hands and feet. I looks as though it has aged significantly over the last month. Scaly and wrinkled, more so than a 32 year olds hand should be. I also begin to wake up with pins and needles in my hands. Sometimes to a point where I can't move them. Test at ID doctor at 13 weeks for HIV, Hep B and C. All come back negative, with exception of Hepb antigens, told because of vaccination.
Its been 6 months since all of these test and I am still having problems. Diahrea, many mouth sores, wrinkled skin.
Does anyone have any similar patterns or insight?

Man you didn't have a risk in the first place
Saliva alone cant infect you
you tested at 3 months negative....what did the doctor say after the negative test?
im sure lot of your problems are stress and anxiety
your symptoms sound nothing like hiv
if it makes you feel better go get tested for all STD's one more time, im sure you'll be negative for Hiv
Stop freaking out u had no risk man.....get on with your life

Thanks....the doctor said I didn' have to come back. Maybe a second full STI screening is warranted. I still don't know what could have caused all of these symptoms. I left a few out as I come back to read my original post......swollen glands all over the body. ID doctor ordered a CT scan which revealed deep node swelling. Ordered a biopsy which came back OK.

i wouldn't think u need another test but if it helps you sleep better go for it

IF that incident(handjob with saliva) was ur only "risk", then you have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to worry other than spending 6 months worrying about this crap u dont even have and wasting hundreds of dollars in tests u dont even need. I guess it was the first time in a strip club huh? all u have is stress and anxiety. but im really sorry for u cuz uve lost so much valuablle time worrying about this... please if ur gonna invest more money in this let it be with a psychologist or something cuz more std tests is NOT, at ALL, necessary. it wanst even necessary in the first place! please see a shrink that will help u realize how dramatic and irrealistic u have been, thinkin u could get hiv through a handjob.
