Is pins and needles a symptom of hiv or is it anxiety. I have had it for almost a week now. I have read that hiv causes neuropathy problems. I get extreme anxiety attacks, especially after a night of drinking coud this be hiv??

Pins and needles absolutely can result from anxiety. With that said, If you have had unprotected sex, or placed yourself at risk through another high risk activity, regardless of your symptoms (or lack thereof), you should be tested for HIV and other STDs.
