I recently had a routine physical. My doctor did a finger prick to check my hemoglobin. If I were HIV+ would it show up in something like this? Thanks

No.

NO. If you think you were exposed you would need to get an HIV test 3 to 6 months after exposure. Good luck.

No. In fact when I was in my waiting period my hemoglobin was low, additionally I was told I was borderline anemic. I am HIV negative, but was also concerned about these findings. A standard blood panel workup (a CBC w/differential) would not point to anything HIV specific early in the progression of the disease.
