Could you help me with one question?
I had my underware on when my boyfriend was using his penis rubbing against me down there. For a few seconds, I felt his pennis touched me. He didn't cum, but I heard the pre-cum can come without he even realizing it.
How much risk involved in this action?

NO RISK AT ALL!
You can't get HIV by having someone rub their penis on you.

you would not hav e risk for a grinding situation when cum is involved. (you had your underwear on also).
I've never "heard" pre-cum come from someone. ?? that it odd??
but dont worry about risk. this was not a sexual intercourse interaction. you are safe from hiv. (i'm still puzzled about "hearing" him cum).
