STDs in Insertive Oral Sex

Hi,
I had an unprotected Insertive Oral Sex for a while. I want to know what STDs can transmit in this way.
I have been told that SALIVA does not transmit HIV. But can it transmit other STD...What are they and how dangerous they can be.
I have sore throat for more than a week, is it an ARS of any STD ?

HIV is a theoreticla risk in terms of oral sex. Other STI's such as Gonoreah and Herpes can be passed through oral sex. However, since you were insertive and have a sore throat you seem to have nothing to worry about.

you can catch ANY other std orally (I believe....except syphillis). NO this would not be an ARS, but you should get a throat culture for other stds.

I didn't notice you said you were the "insertive" partner. No, this would not affect your throat then.
