I found this one a fact sheet that someone else on here had posted:
Laboratory studies generally have found that viruses do not pass through intact latex condoms, even when the devices are stretched and stressed. While intact condoms prevent the passage of sperm and the much smaller viral particles that cause HIV and Hepatitis B, even condoms with pinhole leaks reduce the overall level of semen exposure by 10,000 fold to a level of viral concentration that would not be infective.
Does this mean that even with a pinhole leak in the condom there is little chance of infection from HIV?

Yes that is what it means, but condoms don’t get pinhole leaks when in use. A condone in use will fail catastrophically and will end up completely broken and just a ring at the base of the penis.
