First off, I'm a married guy who had an oral encounter. I know what you are going through. Feeling guilty, scared (not scared...petrified) and at your wit's end.
Second, if you read the posts and info here, you will see that being the recipient of oral sex is about the lowest, if not the lowest, risk encounter that you can have.
I don't know much about HPV warts, but unless they provide a break in your skin, there is no way for the virus to enter your blood stream (which it has to do to infect you). Same goes for Herpes...you have to have open sores that come in to contact with virus infected fluid.
Finally, saliva doesn't really carry the virus. That's generally why you can't get HIV from kissing someone who is HIV positive.
How do you know she is positive? Did she tell you or are you simply assuming?
If you are worried, you might want to take a Proviral DNA by PCR test. It can give you a great deal of comfort as soon as 11 days or so following exposure. It looks for the presence of the virus and is awfully accurate. Certain testing services will tell you that it is conclusive 28 days (4 weeks) post-exposure.
I'd be more concerned about having several STDs at the same time, Dude. What are you doing? Has your wife been exposed to HPV? That stuff can cause cervical cancer in women if it is not treated or diagnosed. Sorry...no preaching...I've cheated as well and am in no position to preach. But, you have got to be careful and not expose your wife to your other sexual partners and their problems.
You need to relax. I'd be willing to bet ALOT of money that you are fine. Your guilt will eat you up for the next few weeks, however.
Peace

Thanks for the "preaching" I truly needed that. I am an idiot and am NOT exposing my wife. We are being celibate until i determine my HIV+ statues. The girl later told me she was HIV+ and I did have open sores from the Herpes outbreak. This is teh last tiem I do this. I swear before God himself.

Just TRY to be patient and wait for the right time to test. Testing before the appropiate time is very risky and, if you are positive, will give you a false sense of securitu. I know it's hard, but maybe you'll feel comfort knowing that a lot of people go through the same process (the waiting, the fear).

So you're concerned about getting HIV from her, but don't seem to be the least concerned about passing Herpes to her.
Saliva has been shown to inhibit the viability of the virus. Which is why there are no confirmed cases of transmission from getting oral. That would include someone with Herpes outbreaks, which there seems to be a rash of men freely passing their Herpes onto women via oral lately. You're the second one this month on this board.
