I had an oral sex encounter in a gay bathhouse about 6 weeks ago. We both gave each other blow jobs without a condom. I came in his mouth...he did not cum in mine.
I have been tested for all STDs (syph, chlamydia, gonnoreah, hep B, herpes, etc), which tests were all negative.
I took a proviral DNA PCR at 11 days (undetected) and at 28 days (undetected as well).
Should I rest easy or start taking ELISA tests? The folks at Advance Testing tell you that the DNA PCR is conclusive at 28 days post exposure and that I should relax and get on with my life.
I can't really say I've had ARS symptoms, but I'm really stressed about this. My anxiety has been waking me at night with some sweatiness...I hate it.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I'm aware of the FDA guidelines and Dr. Frascino's thoughts on DNA PCR tests.

I think you should consider that test a sign that you're negative. But why not take the ELISA at three months just to put your own mind at ease? The ELISA w/confirmation is the "official" test to declare yourself HIV-negative, so it will make you feel better. It's very very rare to become infected through oral sex, especially with no ejaculation in your mouth.
