Received oral sex last night while experiencing a herpes outbreak. HIV status of other person is unknown and don't know wether there was blood in her saliva. Should I seek medical treatment for a possible PEP regime. Thank you all.

No you dont need PEP, and did you tell her you had Herpes before you did it?

Yes, I did tell her afterwards. I felt a tingling sensation and saw my penis(didn't notice it before.) So u think there is any chance I could become HIV+?

No, you didn't get HIV from that, but there is a high chance you have given the young lady Herpes.
