What are the odds of contracting HIV as receiver of oral w/ejaculation, unprotected? I know the giver was HIV+...

If by "receiving" you mean you were getting sucked, you're fine.
If you were sucking, in all likelihood you're also fine. But it's not unreasonable to get tested after three months just to be sure.
