Vick's inhaler sharing - possible danger?

Hi... I know this will probably sound stupid, but last night I was at a bar and my friend offered me a Vick's menthol inhaler (you know, those white tube things you stick in your nose and inhale to clear it)..... I had a bit of a cold so I stuck it in my nose and took a whiff. She laughed, letting me know that she had just found it on the ground. Immediately I started worrying :(

Is this a risk at all for infection??

Can you contract HIV by using an HIV+ individuals nose spray?
