The chance of transmission from female to male in a one time exposure is not impossible, but very low. Men are more likely to give women HIV than the other way around. I don't know the ratios but from your post below, 3 months is a past when you would experience ARS. Also a localized infection like strep throat would only affect the nodes in your throat, HIV affects more than that.
Don't poke at your nodes...they don't like that and have a tendency to get uppity about that and get tender.
I don't know statistics on it but...while certainly people could be infected with HIV and another STD, that is not always the case. Since other STD's are much more easily caught, I would imagine most people would be more likely not to have both.
Having an STD can increase a persons risk however, so it's always good to get those things cleared up.
Since you tested today, you will soon know for sure. In the meantime, try to relax and not look for symptoms.
J.
