I tested 23 weeks negative last week, how accurate is this result, am I negative at all? Please answer, thank you all.

How accurate is the result? The tests are accurate.
Are you negative at all? Most doctors and agencies consider 3 months (12 weeks) to be conclusive. Celebrate the fact you don't have HIV and get on with you life :)
