well got a quik question, if you had signs of anemia what would the outcome be and would there be multiple illnesses combined with it or would it just be the anemia, i guess what im asking is what are the signs of anemia that would be hiv related and how long would it be before anemia would be showing signs ,rreason im asking is ive had a sore tongue for quite some time and i did have unsafe sex acts over the last several years ,the only sign i have though is this tongue burning feeling and its all cracked but other than that, thats all i have going on, does this sound like it could be a sign of hiv infection, has anyone heard of this being the only symptom anyone has shown , well thank you all for your time and ill check back for replys to this and once again thank you all very much.
