Concerned, red bump

Just wondering, trying to get opinions, but it looks like there is a red bump, sort of like a pimple or a bug bite, right in the hairline above the shaft. I am sexualy active, and i do drink alohol. ive only been with one partner, and we both started as virgins and both were tested before starting to have sex. both results came out negative for anything. We have been dating / having sex now for 5 months, and this pops out of no where. So i am very concerned, what do you think?

Also, forgot to add, there is no burning, nothing, it is just there. Everything feels completely normal, other than having a bump there, no puss, no itching, no burning,. nothing
