11 weeks and Tested Negative. Test Again?

I tested negative about 11 weeks after I broke up with my last partner. The result is shy of 2 weeks, since 13 weeks is consider conclusive.
But would being "One 1/2 week" shy, really make a different in the result of my test?

All of the information out there is very confusing. Overwhelming even. I have been tested twice and still worry about any symptom that may fall under the category of HIV, but for the skin condition you speak about, maybe you should see a dermatologist whether you test negative or positive. They can run the right tests. Some skin conditions are just scary by themselves. Good luck and God bless.
