Had an encounter with female of unknown status. Did not engage in oral or sexual intercourse. We kissed and she manually stimulated my penis for several minutes before stopping. My fingers did not enter or touch her vaginal opening, only briefly on the clitoris. While making out, she rubbed her bare vagina against my leg for several minutes before we stopped. Afterwards, it was noticably wet. No broken skin (e.g cuts or scabs on leg or knee) and washed down ten minutes afterwards.
Is this cause for concern?

Since there are no takers, I did my own research this afternoon and called one of my city's AIDS outreach centers. I spoke with one of the HIV/AIDS counsellors and she informed me that my activity was very low risk. She stated that the skin on the body essentially acts as condom from outside germs/dieseases and provided there were no open cuts, bruises, wounds or scabs, my chances of being infected are 0 to 1%. Additionally, she stated HIV does not live long once it is outside the body and exposed to air. She went on to say that contracting HIV is a lot more difficult than most people think it is.
I have always been careful about oral, anal and sexual intercourse but never once considered the risks of vaginal fluid. Regardless, after my stupid risk, I am going to test again and take more precautions next time. I hope someone takes something from this lesson.
