Scared, Elisa tests

Can someone give me any insight on ELisa testing? I have taken 3 different hiv elisa test. one at 2 weeks, one at 5 weeks and one at 9 weeks all negative. My risk was unprotected vaginal sex for 2 or so minutes. I am going for another test next wednesday which will make it 13 weeks from the incidance. Is this way too much testing? I have heard alot of conflicting info on Elisa testing, so I just wanted to clarify. Hopefully someone can help me out with this. Also I have had a sore throat going on 2 months now, after the9 week I took some antibiotics which my doc gave me and it got better but it just seems to linger still, can it be an std or hiv. Can I rely on my 3 negative tests out to 9 weeks to be valid? please if anyone can help I would appreciate it. As much info as you can, thank you so much in advance.

I would say that by week 8 it is pretty much conclusive that you are NEGATIVE. Congratulations!!!!

I think you know the answer. Just by your knowing about this site shows you have researched HIV. You are HIV NEG. as of this date. Hey its your blood keep giving it away if you must. Who knows, after 100 tests you might get a FALSE POZ and really flip out.
