What the chances of HIV Transmission. I am scared!

The condom broke when my partner and I had sex one morning. I was the insertive partner. We had been dating for nearly 11weeks and both of us tested HIV negative. Was our 11 week period enough time to ensure that both of us are negative. Is this a valid result. My doctors did not recommend PEP. Please help

If you both were not going with others your 11wk test is a good a gold. You both should be fine as far as HIV. Don't forget other STD's one might get. Always use condoms its wil make you feel better.
