      #139231 - 03/24/05 10:36 PM

Just two questions. what is the chances of testing negative at eight (8) weeks with a ELISA test, then testing positive at twelve (12) weeks, and second what is the percentage nations wide of this occurring, if anyone has that info

The majority of people who are going to seroconvert will have done so by the 6 week mark. There is always an outside chance that someone will take longer but a negative test result anywhere past this point is VERY encouraging. If you want to be absolutely sure you might want to test again at 13 weeks.
