Diarreha and red eyes

Does anyone know if diarreha and eye redness are a symptom of hiv or any other std?
I was told no risk 5 weeks ago from frottage with boxesrs on and later masturbating on massesuses breasts. Now I have the above symptoms. I went to opthalmologis about eyes and he believes it is an allergy or dry eyes. Would he been able to tell if it was herpes simplex? I heard herpes can spread to your eyes. I don't even know if I have herpes.
I am a former worried well and hopefully a current one. Any advice is appreciated. I can't stand the runs.

get some imodium ad,and some eye drops and smoke a joint and maybe have a couple of shots,i have been have crazy symptoms and i had a 13 week neg,and my doctor ante telling me shit,smoking weed is the only thing that relaxs me,also double the dose of imodium ad,

Well I'm terrified. I've got the same symtoms. I find out the results of a recent test on Tuesday. I'll be sure to post again until then going to work 10 hr shifts everyday to help me cope with the stress.
