4 and a half month test

How conclusive is a negative result from 4 and a half month test. Had condom break during insertive vaginal with escort. Do i need another test since I did not have a six month test? Any replies would be welcomed.

I believe a 4 and half month is conclusive but if you are anything like me --(a little on the scared side) then get tested at 6 months for 100 percent ( I did and it was negative) I got tested at 6 weeks,9weeks, 11 weeks, 13 weeks and 6 months-- each time I tested I got a little more relaxed------- but after my 3 month test I just waited for 6 months and got tested. They say you have to have a comprimised immune system to test past 3 months ( I do have hep-c for 35 years)so I waited for my benfit. I had every symptom in the book and still didnt have it. DONT BELIEVE SYMPTOMS are always hiv because they are not.---------------Good luck and God bless you

I would venture to say there are absolutely NO cases of someone testing postive after a four month negative in the last five years ... regardless of coinfection, a comprimised immune system, or ANYTHING else - it just HAS NOT happened ... not ONE, single documented case. You're HIV negative - congratulations!
