bad dermatitis

hello can anyone help.

i had a 13.5 week neg hiv test after possible exposure.

i am suffering with really bad dermatitis since the exposure.

its been 5 months since the exposure

how relaible is 13.5 weeks rapid and elisa test?

do you think the dermatits would be assoiscated with 5 months hiv +?

sorry about all the questions really freaked out still
