I went on a trip to a foreign country and met a girl who turned out to be a sex worker at a bar. After talking for a while, she kissed me on the lips several times. (I have chapped lips) During the course of the night, she also placed my hand down the front of her pants twice. As I was buzzed, I do not recall if I touched anything or anything wet as I moved my finger around. She also kissed me several more times. There was no tongue involved as it was closed kissing. That was the extent of the activities. After getting back to the hotel. I noticed that my finger had a little skin that was peeling slightly. It did not look raw and looked to be healing. What is the chance that I was infected? I woke up in 5 hours and had a sore throat and stuffy nose. The sore throat went away in 2 days, but the stuffy nose is still bothering me. I believe I may still have a fever. A couple days later I had diarrhea which has been ongoing for a couple days. I might have had loss of apetite and a slight loss in weight.
any insight is appreciated

ARS is not usual to develop so early, the earlier reported case is 5 days after, so don´t use it for diagnosing any disease,Of course take a test at a proper time after 3 months.
Good bless

No risk here my friend.
I suggest you going to aidsmeds.com and reading their lessons section. You need to educate yourself on HIV and how it is spread in order to protect your life.
Cheers

I have looked at sites and what not but I am worried since I am having these symptoms and it has been slightly over a week since this happened. So I should be fine even though I had chapped lips and slight peeling on my finger? Do I need to test?
Thanks

Kissing has never been proven to transmit the virus unless you are talking in theory. So, your chapped lip kissing does not warrant testing. Also, your finger exploration down her pants does not concern me as well.
No need for testing whatsoever.
