Pre Cum and scared

This is strange but things happen during sex. I am super safe using condoms. I am the bottom. Well as I was watching him put the comdom on I noticed a lot of pre cum. Seems like everybody has a hard time putting the condom on at the first role always have to turn it over. I was afraid he got pre cum on it so I put another one on top of that one. We had sex and he came no breaks in the condoms. Am I at risk? Two condoms gheez how much more can I do? He says he got a full std and hiv screening a month ago and he seemed very mature. I guess i am getting a phobia about this thing what do you think? Thanks

You are NOT at risk. HOWEVER, using 2 condoms is not a smart thing to do. The friction created between the layers of latex can cause one or both to fail. So, please only use one fresh latex condom with water based lube if needed.
