Need 2 opionions? What are 2 opionions going to do? HIV has not been known to be transmitted by oral sex.

In the absence of menstrual blood, cunnilingus is deemed a theoretical risk only.
Please read this comprehensive resource on the risk of cunninilingus and felatio.

This is incorrect. Receptive oral sex (giving a bj) with ejaculation in the giver's mouth is a low, but documented risk for HIV infection. Insertive oral (getting a bj) is a theoretical risk with zero documented cases of infection. All of this and more is convered in my link above.
