Is contracting Hep B similar to contracting HIV? I got semen on unbroken skin. I'm wondering if I'm at risk for Hep B. I tried asking my question on the Hep forum but got no response from the Doc. Thanks

Not sure about Hep B. Hep C is contracted the same way, sex or IV drugs. Hep B can be treated with medicine and you get over it. Hep C is something you have for life. Also if you are concerned there is now a vaccine for Hep B.
