Getting HIV at a bar???

I got a situation which requires opinion and advise:
Just recently I was at the bar with some friends. Then before we leave, I decided to goto the washroom. As i was about to leave, i cut my self at the door knob while i was opening the door. Then the thought of contracting HIV strucked my mind. I am terribily worried that i would get it. Thinking about it, its a public toilet and there are thousands of poeple come and go. who knows someone with HIV might cut himself the same way as i did. SO WILL I ACTUALLY GET INFECTED THIS WAY? HOW HIGH IS THE RISK?
Out of so many people who has contracted HIV, how many of them are able to survive?
Is there cure at the early stage?
please advise.

Man, relax. It's I-M-P-O-S-S-I-B-L-E for you to have gotten HIV. If you have HIV, I might as well have it because I fell on the same street an HIV + person fell. You got no need to be worried. Sleep well. Take care, live a happy life. Or at least, you can live a life without the fear of having HIV.
