Measles immunization

Can an immunization for measles taken during the window period affect seroconversion if one was infected? I had an immunization done 4 weeks into my window and now im wondering if this will affect my window period.

Your immunization will not alter your immune system's response to HIV.

Test at 12 weeks and rest assured it is conclusive.
