I can't seem to find any info so I thought I would ask you guys. I tested negative on elisa and pcr (dna) at 34 days. I am going to follow up @ 3 months. Can occasional pain (I don't know if its from contant prodding) on the right side under rib cage is a sign of ARS? I looked in a anatomy book and realised that is where the liver is. I immediately began to panic despite my promising results. Does anyone have any info?? I appreciate any feedback. Thanks

Occasional pain from your liver is not a sign of ARS. ARS would not affect your liver in that way, if at all. Relax, try not to read symptoms, and test at 3 months. BTW, while the encounter you had would have some risk. Female to male transmission is not considered as high as other types. Besides, do you know for sure she was +.
