I've searched The Body for an answer and can't seem to come up with one. Anyways, according to Dr. Bob, frottage is safe. But what happens if a guy who is not wearing a condom rubs his penis in my clitoral region? Is it possible to get infected? I've spent countless number of hours trying to find an answer as it has been a couple weeks since it occured and I have swollen (non-painful) lymph nodes, sore throat and malaise...any comments?

Whiout ejaculation, seems to be a safe practice, try not to worry about this symptoms in relation with this exposure,you can not get hiv by it, you can get others things like herpes that are commons

9 weeks is very, very, very close to conclusive. like 99% conclusive.

frottage is safe insofar as there have been no documented cases of transmission via that route. don't share needles and keep uncovered penises out of your vagina and your butt and you won't get HIV.
sorry to be blunt, but that's how the virus works.
Also, your nine week test is al but conclusive many AIDS orgs are leaning towaerd an 6 or 8 week window (reducing it from the standard 12/13 weeks/3 months) so you're prettty much in the clear.
good luck, test beyond this for POM, only.

just so you know I'm not pulling this out of my ass - here's a very handy link to what you can and can't do vis a vis risk:
http://www.dph.sf.ca.us/sfcityclinic/stdbasics/stdchart.asp
(on the bottom of the page) "Kissing, mutual masturbation, and frottage or dry humping are considered safer sex activities, with little to no risk of STD transmission."
notice it says, "STD transmission", not "HIV" - this is to say that fingering, handjobs, frottage (ie mutual masturbation) etc is safe enough to protect you from the lesser nasties like gonnoreaha and syphillus which are, literally, hundreds if not thousands of times easier to get than HIV.
HIV = hard to get.
my mantra: keep uncovered penises out of vaginas and butts and dirty needles out of your veins and you will never get HIV.
