Is a rapid test based on the sandwich immunoassay technique with HIV-1 and HIV-2 recombinant antigens using a third generation technology?I read that 3rd generation elisa using such technology..thanks

sorry folks,this is the exact specs of the test..

The assay is based on the sandwich immunoassay technique with HIV-1 and HIV-2 recombinant antigens as well as peptides of HIV-1 and HIV-2 envelope antigens.
