symptons on penis?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me are there any symptoms to look for on your penis if you may have HIV? There's something on mine which I'm a little worried about which has been there for about a week, I'm hoping it is something completely unrelated and is nothing to worry about. I have no other symptoms on the rest of me.

There are no penile specific acute retroviral symptoms.
