I had protected sex with a high risk female about 70 days ago. About 1 week after the event, I developed a rash in my groin area on my inner thigh. I had a cut on my finger and that came into contact with her vaginal fluids. About two weeks after the event I had some soft stools. About three weeks after I developed intestinal loud stomach noise - extreme amout. At three weeks I treated the rash with lamicil AT, it took two weeks but it cleared up. About 4 weeks after I became very tired and weak. I was tested at 30 days and it was negative. It is now 70 days past the event and I have a white/sore tongue. I very concerned and up-set not sleeping etc. The cut in my finger was not open or bleeding, at the time, but it was inside her and did get very wet. I also engaged in deep kissing. She gave me oral sex on genital area and used her tonogue on my anus. Since I used a condom for vaginal that everyone is telling me I am at low risk. (the condom did not break). However, the syptoms are very real. I am extremely worried. Can you comment on the symptoms and the risk of getting the virus as I have discussed?
Thank you very much.

HIV is a difficult virus to transmit. More so from female to male. Furthermore, as others have said, protected sex is just that, protected.
As for your finger, no risk.
You don't require further testing.
