Oral Sex and HIV-Please respond

I am sure this has been covered before. I had a women give me oral sex unprotected for a short period of time and came in her mouth. This was 3 months ago and I have noticed shortly after this event a ringing noise in my ears maybe"tinnitus". Othervise I feel fine with no other symptoms like the ones people have mentioned. Any help would be great. Do HIV signs show up right away or does it take a while.

You may have converted to Christianity, but you did not seroconvert to HIV.
Insertive oral sex (getting a bj) is a theoretical risk, with not one single documented case of HIV infection attributed to it since HIV has been discovered.
You will not become the first case of HIV through this pathway.

Stop worrying. Take a test, the result wich I am sure will be negative. So you start thinking positively and not negatively. The only negative you want is your sero status.
