I was in New Zeland recently and went for a lap dance. All the while during the dance I had my clothes on and she was naked. The thing that worries me is that at one point of time I could feel the vagina of the girl on the shaft of my penis through my jeans as she sat on me. It was only for a brief moment as she moved away when she felt me. It did not lead to any penetrating sex of any kind. Please forgive me for being so ignorant. Please advice as the guilt is driving me up the wall.

Hi! The only way you can get HIV is if it enters your bloodstream. The HIV would be in her vaginal fluid--But you never came into contact with this fluid. And even if a little of it went on your pants HIV dies almost immediately when it is in the air. So for you to get it from a woman you'd have to be much much more intimate--like your penis in contact with her vagina. So, although lap dancing is exciting--it's not risky!
