I recently had sex, protected vaginal and oral with an escort of unknown status.
I think the condom was latex but I'm not positive. Is there a big difference between lambskin and latex as far as feel and looks? I have only used latex and I'm pretty sure that this one was latex (I filled it with water and also tied it shut and "air" leak tested it).
Aren't 90% of condoms sold latex?

Dude, don't worry about it. I had a similar worry a couple of years ago (first time I've been back to this site since) and did a bit of research into it. You'd know if it was a lambskin condom, believe me they are very different to Latex and, so i'm told, smell like a Badgers arse. So relax chap.

Most condoms are latex. Generally only people allergic to latex buy lambskin, but they are not recommended. Lambskin condoms supposedly have small spores in them that do allow some virus's to slip through. All condoms are air/water tested. It holds the water but still has spores technically a virus can slip through. That is why it does say on the lamskin box, they are to be used for prevention of pregnancy, not STD's. It is very doubtful though that HIV has been transktited through one, I am not familiar with any cases.
