I V drug use

I used drugs (I V) about two months ago and I got sick for about a week after the use accoured. I currently have swollen nymph nodes and am tired much of the time with a low grade fever. I know there is not much I can do now but is there any possible way It is nothing too serious? I think that someone may have switched needles on me?

There is always the possibility that the symptoms you experience are stress related or you could be getting a cold.....BUT...due to your exposure to needles, you really should be checked...I would go and have the testing done so that you could put your mind at ease and then maybe once you get results you can get some help for the drug use situation. If you are positive, there is nothing that can be done about it now....but there is plenty of HOPE for you and lots of good doctors and treatments available now that CAN help you to stay healthy and live a happy life...I would get tested...We are all here for you and hopefully you will go to your doctor and explain the situation to them and take it from there...will pray for you...~Jessie~
