How long testing takes?

I had an HIV test last tuesday ..results came back negative on friday. this just seems like such a short time to get a result. Is it normal to take this amount of time ?

u are fine! results can take anywhere from 10 minutes(rapid test) to 2 weeks with the more traditional exams, trust your result you are fine and do not come onlinelooking for symptoms, u are not a doctor do not self diagnose yourself, for even doctors many time do not know what they are talkin about, just take car e of yourself and thank god your ok..god bless you
