lymph nodes in neck...can people tell?
      #111484 - 09/10/04 05:44 PM

Hi,

I was wondering if your lymph nodes are swollen in your neck area, can people tell that are are going through an infection. We know that they can feel, but can people actually see that your neck's lymph nodes are actually swollen?

Please answer
thanks

Sometimes L.nodes are visible when they are big enough or when one is thin....usually really enlarged l.nodes are signs of an infection..it does not necessarily mean you have hiv....try not to self diagnose yourself when you feel comfy get tested and keep god's words close to you

god bless

I wouldn't really worry about it too much. My lymph nodes have swollen off and on for years and nobody has ever noticed thru sight alone. And even if they did happen to notice you just explain it away as a cold or flu or muscle tension. I hope this helps.

HIV for almost 13 yrs.
