Touching not visible blood?
By Joel E. Gallant, M.D., M.P.H. (20-Oct-2000)
If I touch some part of the body of an hiv+ person, or shakes her/his hands or hug her/him and I didnt see any visible blood or notice any blood, can I get infected because the blood was not very visible or not I an great amount so I became practically unnoticiable? No, touching or hugging an HIV-infected person does not put you at risk for HIV infection, nor does it put you at risk for becoming "practically unnoticiable."
