12 week negative still symptoms

Well guys over 12 weeks ago I had unprotected vaginal Im the male. I had an oraquick rapid test done at 12 weeks it came back negative. I still have muscle aches pretty bad , dizzy sometimes and nauseus. I am married and have used a condom ever since my big mistake. Anyway I would like to stop using protection since the counselor says Im negative, but I am still scared for my wife. Is my 12 week conclusive should I not worry anymore?
