condom broke can cause HIV ?

Hello I had weared the condom but I didn't put in. I was just rubbing my penis with her thyes but unfortuntely the condom broke. But there was no fluid or pre cum was there.
Now I found after 4 weeks that there very very small ulcer (pin head size) under head of penis. It's not ithing or tingling at all.
Am I risk of HIV ?

I'm not a Doctor but I doubt you are at any risk at all. But if it would help...get tested.

I had a high risk episode ( the condom broke). had what seemed like ars symptoms............... don't know my status as of yet. But to answer your question.......It's possible
