What is wrong with me? Is it HIV?

Just back from South America and i feel ill.
The doctors have analyzed my blood but find nothing connected with tropical illnesses?
I had oral sex with a girl in Peru and 5 hrs later i cut myself shaving 3 times without washing my hands from her.
I understand my risk is very low, but i have an illness which no doctor can find, so i am asking what do you think?
Symptoms;
- Low energy down to 30%
- White tounge all over and in the evening it gets so bad i have to scrub it with toothpaste, because i get a strong virus taste in my mouth and then i start convulsions and try to be sick. Then i get the shakes.
- Unable to sleep, unless i use a sleeping pill
- Loss of weight maybe upto 10 punds in 6weeks.
- Sometimes a pin prick pain jus below my waist line.
I have just had a HIV test, it is now six and a half weeks after, and it is negative.
The doctors think i am feeling anxious and stressed but i am not, i just want to know what i can do to fix this.
This is weird but i thought i had thrush so i took a pill called Canestan, it is women's thrush pill and the symptoms went away for nearly two days but they are back now?
Any idea's

Listen, if the doctors say its stress just go with that and go on with your life. If you are really concerned see one more doctor...but I think from what you have said you are fine. But I am not a doctor.
