pain when deep breathing

Hi guys,
I had and encounter with a prostitute without condom which has put me at risk with HIV and have made an appointment to get tested next week.
Im at the end of my 8th week.
My symptoms have included a sore throat. At first first I thought I was comin down fith the flu so took some medication and this cleared the next day. I had a few days of diahorea and have lost round 5kgs during this period.
My question is that now when i am deep breathing I feel my chest is a bit tender.... especially after playin sports..... now I dont know if this is a HIV related symptom or my heaving smoking..... I consume roughly 1 pack a day
please help

Your chest is probably a result of anxiety about your upcoming test. There can be very heavy breathing and chest pain when under a lot of stress.
