Is testicular pain a symtom of a recent hiv infection? it feels like one is twisted or something and it's been going on for a few days. my inner and outer thigh have also been hurting on the same side, I read that the thigh problem may be caused by a tight and wide belt (or a corset, which I haven't been wearing) but I have recently started wearing a wide belt that kinda hits me in weird places on the hips hard when I sit.

I am not a medical expert HOWEVER based on my OWN experience, it sounds like you MAY have a case of Epididymitis. It can be caused by urinary tract infections, infections following urinary-tract surgery, gonorrhea, chlamydia or prostatitis that spreads to the testicles.
Some of symptoms are listed below:
Painful scrotal swelling (testes enlarged) A testicular lump A tender, swollen testicle on affected side A tender, swollen groin area on affected side Testicle pain aggravated by bowel movement A fever Discharge from urethra (the opening at the end of the penis) Pain with urination Pain with intercourse or ejaculation Blood in the semen Groin pain
Like many of you out there, I was careless and let some university chick give me dome.
Epididymitis CAN have many long term effects if NOT treated within a reasonable timeframe. Despite medication, it can become chronic (it has for me) and decreases your chance of having children. Serious implications, so DON'T self-diagnose yourself, make an appointment ASAP and get that sh*t cleaned up. Best of luck!
