The Problem in Hispanic and Black Communities.

Why is it that the Hispanic and African American Communities here in the United States are being hit the hardest with the HIV/AIDS problem. Is it possible because prevention and awareness is not a concern to our government, or is it another factor? And if it is, what else could it be?

more asians are getting HIV look at asia its a serious problem in asia too after africa , asia is hit hard with hiv
