neck lymph node

I was wondering what the lymph nodes in the neck would feel like. I can feel hard lumps just under the corner of my jaw and can feel my pulse in them. Are these enlarged lymph nodes or the carotid sinus? The one on the right is larger than on the left. Thanks!!
